What to do if you don't receive a confirmation email
If you don't receive any confirmation email, the problem may be that you have provided an incorrect email. That has happened from time to time. Then please send a follow-up message using the same name and refer to your previous message so I can find it – and make sure to double-check the email before pressing Send.
NOTE: I normally reply to emails about Word add-ins almost immediately or within a few hours. If you have not received a reply within 24 hours, please check whether my reply has been captured by an email filter on your side (please check junk email folder etc.). Nowadays, it also happens that decent emails are captured by spam filters so they never reach you. If you do not find a reply from me, you are welcome to call me on phone. If calling, please note that I live in Denmark – there may be time differences between your location and Denmark.
